Spectrolab has supply arrangements in place with Solfocus and Solar Systems. University of Madrid announced in June 2007 of contracts with Solfocus, Isofoton, Spectrolab and Concentrix. The CPV consortium presentation appears it will highlight the net results of the research on these technologies as these companies as well as the university are all presenting at the forum. Spectrolab have also been contracted to supply Australia's Solar Systems 154MW station. The link to Boeing losing out on the $40B USD with the US airforce has been included for one reason. Boeing as a result would need to be looking to other alternatives and its affiliation with SolFocus and ownership of Spectrolab means it has exposure to an exciting new technology which is expected to be a substantial growth sector. Reallocating resources to their CPV division could be a smart business decision.
